REGURGITATOR DOING IT FOR PYRAMID!

SADNESS and JOY in the land of The Pharaoh!

It’s funny how often good news and not so good news seem to hang around together like old friends.

This week the good news for The Pyramid Rock Festival is that we’ve managed to convince the mighty REGURGITATOR to once again jump up on to the Pyramid main stage and trip the light fantastic with us all! Excited? You betcha!! You see, “The Gurge” headlined the first ever Pyramid Rock Festival way back in 2004. Four years and over 50,000 punters later we’re as proud as punch to have them back in the fold and gracing us with one of their rare live performances.

Now, what were we saying about good news and not so good news….it is with great regret that the Scottish excitement machine known as Biffy Clyro have had to postpone their upcoming Australian tour and only Festival appearance at Pyramid due to illness. Pyramid Festival wishes them a speedy recovery!

REGURGITATOR will hit the main stage at 1am on the first night of music revelry, and BLUEJUICE will be moving to take up Biffy's spot at 6.35pm on the main stage on the 31st of December.

That’s it, the good and the not so good…regretful and joyous all in the one breath. We’re still excited, and looking forward to seeing you all at The Pyramid Rock Festival 2009.
